Nota : Private -> public conversion requires the full public number (ABPQMCDU) to be entered in
the ARS (and not only the MCDU).
In , these settings make the following services available:
- Break-in: a public network subscriber dials 0388677711. receives the call and analyzes 7711
in the DDI numbering plan. The full number is handled by the ARS table and converted into the
private number 3111. can now make a private call on the QSIG link and join with the incoming
public call.
- Private network forcing: for example, user 3210 dials the number 00388677711; the ARS converts
this public number into the private number 3111.
- Break-out: user 3111 calls 0384273045; he dials 00384273045. The caller's number sent on the
QSIG link is the private number 3111. In , 3111 is converted by the ARS into the public number
0388677711.
