The details of the POP3 account with the ISP can be entered or modified as described in the Creating
Users section.
For modifying the rights specified when the user was created (see Creating Users). Additionally, the
administrator can grant Internet access to the user in such a way as to override the URL check perfor-
med by the proxy (see Proxy Management) by using Internet Access: YES without URL checking.
Remarque : For this parameter to be operational, user authentication has to be active at proxy level;
otherwise URL checks will apply to every Internet access.

For entering the absence message, consisting of a title (subject) and the content (text). For the mes-
sage to be sent, the service must be authorized by the administrator (see rights in the Creating Users
section) and activated by the user or administrator via this tab.
