SECONDARY PTO -- EVERY 50 HOURS
There are three areas on the secondary PTO shaft
which require lubrication: the front CV joint, 1;
telescoping section, 2; and the rear CV joint and slip
clutch assembly, 3.
NOTE: Move the header up, down, left, and right,
after lubricating the telescoping section. This will
spread the grease on the PTO shaft.

Front CV Joint
Fittings, 1, universal joints (2 fittings) (4 -- 6 pumps)
Fitting, 2, CV inner yoke flange (16 -- 20 pumps)
Fitting, 3, PTO shield (4 pumps)

Lubrication is extremely important to this CV joint.
The grease paths are shown for the above fittings.
NOTE: Some resistance may be felt when adding
lubricant at fitting, 2. Ensure 16 -- 20 pumps of grease
are used.
