Overrunning Clutch - Assembly
1. Apply a film of grease to the inner, 1, and outer,
2, race of the ball bearing cavity.

2. Set the outer yoke shaft, 1, onto the inner shaft.
Insert the ball bearings, 2, into the cavity until all
thirty are in place. Turn in the set screw, 3, and
tighten it securely. Apply grease through the
zerk, 4, while rotating the overrunning hub to
distribute the lubricant evenly. Wipe away any
excess grease.

3. Slide the spring washer, 1, in place over the yoke
shaft. Apply grease to the spring recesses in the
shaft, and set the leaf springs, 2, into place with
the concave side facing toward the center.
