BEVEL GEARBOX
Fill to oil level plug, 1. (50 hours)
Oil may be added through the level plug, or through
the breather plug, 1, Figure 23.
NOTE: Oil will flow slowly into the main gearbox
when added through the breather plug. Add oil slowly
and allow oil level to stabilize when checking level to
prevent overfilling the gearbox.
WARNING
Disengage the PTO, turn off the tractor engine
and remove the key. Wait for all movement to
stop before leaving operator’s position. Never
adjust, lubricate, clean or unplug machine with
the engine running. Failure to comply could
result in death or serious injury.
