AFTER FIRST 50 HOURS
STEP UP GEARBOX
540 rpm drive -- Fill to oil level plug, 1. (50 hours)
The step up gearbox oil should be changed after the
first 50 hours of use to remove any contaminants
from the break-in process. After this, change the oil
every 200 hours or yearly, whichever occurs first.
Drain oil by removing plug, 2, on the bottom of the
gearbox. The gearbox holds 650 ml (22 oz.).
Maintain oil level using Case 135H EP (API GL5
80W90) gear oil or Case Gear Lube SSL (75W90
synthetic).
NOTE: Safety shield shown removed for clarity.

IMPORTANT: Thoroughly clean the bottom plate
and housing, and reseal with silicone sealant to
prevent oil leaks.
Maintain oil level using Case 135H EP (API GL5
80W90) gear oil or Case Gear Lube SSL (75W90
synthetic).
NOTE: Safety shield and PTO shaft shown removed
for clarity.
