Sets or returns the BUC Current High Limit in the form xxxx, where:
xxxx=value from 0 to 4000 mA, in 100 mA increments

Sets or returns the BUC Current Low Limit in the form xxxx, where:
xxxx=value from 0 to 4000 mA, in 100 mA increments.
