Check part number versus Control Parts
List (CPL) and replace turbocharger if
necessary. Refer to CPL Manual, Bulletin
No. 3379133.

Intake, CAC, or Exhaust Air Leaks
OK

Check for loose or damaged piping connec-
tions and/or missing pipe plugs. Check
turbocharger and exhaust manifold mount-
ing. Refer to Procedure 3-01.

Air Compressor Connection Loose or
Damaged
OK

Check connection between manifold and
air compressor. Repair or replace as
necessary.

Intake Air Restriction Excessive
OK
f
Check restriction, refer to Procedure 3-04.
Clean or replace air filter element or
damaged air intake piping.

Exhaust Air Restriction Excessive

Check restriction. Refer to Procedure
3-05. Replace damaged piping or parts.

Turbocharger Worn or Damaged

Remove intake and exhaust piping from
turbocharger. Check turbocharger. Refer to
