Coolant Level High

Check coolant level. Refer to the
manufacturer for specifications.

Visually Inspect For Leaks: Hoses, Hose
Clamps, Coolant Draincocks, Water Manifold
Jumper Tubes, Expansion Plugs, Pipe Plugs,
Fittings, Radiator Core, Air Compressor
and/or Cylinder Head Gaskets, Lubricating
Oil Cooler, Water Pump Seal, Fuel Heater,
Torque Converter Cooler, Transmission
Cooler, etc.
OK

Tighten or replace if necessary. If neces-
sary, pressure test the cooling system.
Refer to Procedure 1-11.

Radiator Cap Incorrect or Malfunctioning

Check the radiator pressure cap. Refer
to Procedure 1-15.
