Make sure system air pressure is
maintained at a minimum of 552 kPa
[80 psi].

Air Trapped in STC Valve Fuel Pressure

Bleed air from sensing line at the STC
valve.

Air in the Fuel

Check for air in the fuel. Tighten the fuel line
connections. Tighten filter. Check tank stand
pipe. Check PT fuel pump road speed
governor (STC only). Refer to Procedure
5-16.

Replace fuel filter element or damaged/
