Loosen the clamp on the discharge elbow.
Remove the elbow and discard the o-ring.
Cleaning and Inspection
Clean the turbocharger and the exhaust manifold gasket
surfaces.
Inspect the turbocharger casings and replace if through
cracks are found in the outer walls.
Cracks on the turbocharger mounting flange longer than
15 mm [0.6-inch] are not acceptable.
