Remove the shutoff valve and o-ring.
Inspection
Clean the filter head and shutoff valve with a fiber brush
and solvent.
Inspect the filter head and shutoff valve for cracks, pit-
ting, corrosion, or other damage. Replace if damage is
found.
Installation
Install a new o-ring on the shutoff valve.
