ing. Cap Rated Pressure Too Low

Check the radiator pressure cap. Refer
to Procedure 1-15.

Supplemental coolant Additives

Use correct concentration. Refer to
Procedures 1-02 and 1-05.

Incorrectly Routed From Engine and/or
Radiator

Check routing and operation of the vent
line. Refer to Procedure 1-14. Refer to the
OEM installation specifications.

Disconnect underhood air. Check for air
recirculation from radiator entering air
cleaner.

Install CompuchekT if Available

Perform the Cooling System test. Refer to
CompuchekT Installation Manual, Bulletin
