2. Measure the intake manifold temperature at the 1/8
inch NPT tap near the air horn connection with the
intake manifold. Measure this temperature as close as
possible to the inlet of the intake manifold.
Alternately, intake air temperature can be measured by
using Compulink™ in the ‘‘monitor’’ mode.
