Excessive exhaust restriction. Check for
exhaust pipe damage or restriction. Check
for correct muffler part number.
Check for intake air or exhaust leaks
between the turbocharger and engine.
Refer to Procedures 3-01 and 3-11.
Check turbocharger wheel clearance. Refer
to Procedure 3-07.
