Setup for Transport Type
To set SBS to work with Belt Conveyors:
1. Select the Setup tab in the Image Viewer.
2. Select Black Conveyor Belt from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the Calibration tab.
4. Confirm Use Step-by-Step Tutorial checked.
5. Click the Enable Calibration button.
6. Follow the tutorial steps provided in the Image Viewer to set the Image
Left/Right Limits:
Set Maximum Left Pixels.
Set Maximum Right Pixels.
7. After setting the transport type, continue with Capture Images.
To set SBS to work with Tilt-Tray Conveyors:
1. Select the Setup tab in the Image Viewer.
2. Select Light Colored Tilt-Tray from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the Calibration tab.
4. Confirm Use Step-by-Step Tutorial checked.
5. Click the Enable Calibration button.
6. Follow the tutorial steps provided in the Image Viewer to set the
following:
Image Left/Right Limits
Tray Dimensions
Tray Bolt Filter
Misc Object Filter
7. After setting the transport type, continue with Capture Images.
