Mounting Structure Assembly
When a mounting structure is supplied by Accu-Sort, a set of drawings is
provided that supplies details specific to the applications. Accu-Sort
mounting structures are designed to support from one to six cameras in a
tunnel configuration. These structures can be assembled by a single
installer.
Prerequisites:
Receipt, inventory and staging of structure materials
Conveyor location prepared for structure installation
You will need the following:
Application’s specifications defining proper location of structure
Custom mounting structure drawings (if a standard is not used)
Tools Required:
Socket Driver (1/2”) (battery powered, recommended)
Tape Measure (verify drawing to application, recommended)
To assemble the mounting structure:
1. Prepare the conveyor location for the structure.
2. Inventory and stage the structure components.
3. Position pre-assembled back columns.
4. Position pre-assembled front columns.
5. Install lower side rails.
6. Install upper side rails.
7. Install bottom cross members.
8. Install middle cross members.
9. Install top cross members.
10. Install left and right side corner braces.
11. Install front and back corner braces.
12. Install inner side rails (if applicable).
