5 Setup
This chapter provides details on how set up the AV6010 Long-Range
Camera System for your application. It outlines how to:
Auto calibrate the system to your application
Define the symbologies your system will decode
Configure the communications between the system and host
After configuring your system using the browser-based AV6010 User
Interface and AV6010 Install Wizard, use the operations checklist in
Chapter 6 to verify normal operations.
Prerequisites:
Complete the camera system installation for your application
requirements. (See Chapters 3 and 4.)
Know your application specifications (e.g., symbologies,
communications, etc.).
Assure your computer meets the system requirements and the
required privileges for changing the IP address of your computer.
