RangeFinder Status Indicators: Fault Detection
LED Description
Status of RangeFinder. (See Error Codes, Appendix F.)
Info (Green LED blinking)
Status of RangeFinder. (See Error Codes, Appendix F.)
Warning (Red LED blinking)
Error (Red LED solid ‘ON’)
When facing the RangeFinder (with the ACCU-SORT silk-
screen to the right):
Laser 1 / DOE 1 (Right) (Left-side of conveyor)
Laser 2 / DOE 2 (Left) (Right-side of conveyor)
During operations (tach input present / conveyor on), these LEDs
should ALL light when a package is under the RangeFinder. If
they do not light during the presence of a package, troubleshoot
the RangeFinder.
During installation (no tach input / conveyor off), this is a level
indicator. Any LED that is lit other than the center LED indicates
the RangeFinder is NOT level. Leveling procedure is provided in
Chapter 5.
