Error Code Problem Cause(s) Solution(s)
Cannot establish connection to camera / user interface
-- During initial setup, after
connecting to the camera
SYNC, IP address 192.168.0.50
not shown. User interface Log
In not displayed.
TACH may not be properly
connected. (POWER LED lit,
STATUS LED not lit.)
Confirm the TACH cable is properly
connected. If the TACH connection
was wired on site, confirm against
drawing 111515 in Appendix H.
Cooling Fan Failures
3047 Error: Right side fan
disconnected or failed
Confirm connection of fan module
to transition board.
If connected but not running,
replace right-hand fan module.
3048 Error: Left side fan
disconnected or failed
Confirm connection of fan module
to transition board.
If connected but not running,
replace left-hand fan module.
LED Board Failure
5016 Error: Failure of LED Board 1
Check LED Board. If all other LED
board are lit, LED Board 1 has
failed.
Replace LED Board 1.
Tachometer Failure
5031 Belt or tachometer stopped
If belt is running when this error
code is present, check tach
operations. Possible tach failure.
Replace tachometer.
Laser Failure in RangeFinder
6032 Laser 1 is off or blocked
(no codewords)
Check Laser 1. If Laser 1 is off
and Laser 2 is on, RangeFinder
failure.
Replace RangeFinder.
6033 Laser 2 is off or blocked
(no codewords)
Check Laser 2. If Laser 2 is off
and Laser 1 is on, RangeFinder
failure.
Replace RangeFinder.
