4. Connect the photoeye to the designated camera’s TRIG port (if
required).
5. AC power: Connect the RangeFinder, cameras and all other devices to
the AC power source. Typically an Accu-Sort Power Distribution Box
(PDB) is used. (See page 55.)
6. SYNC network: Determine which is the Controller camera and/or
dimensioning camera. Connect the RangeFinder and all cameras
completing a ‘ring’ network. (See page 58.)
7. IMAGE network: Connect the camera’s IMAGE ports to the
VIsionCapture / IDS Server’s network switch (if required). (See page 59.)
8. Connect the optional FAST Monitor Server’s LAN connection to the
camera’s HOST network port (if required). (See page 59.)
9. Connect AV6010 HOST communications, as needed
(e.g., HOST serial port or HOST Ethernet network).
10. Complete any additional connections shown on the installation-specific
drawings (if provided).
