P1.09 Stop DC braking current Setting Range0%100% 0.0
P1.06During the process of decelerating to stop, the AC drive starts DC braking when the
running frequency is lower than the value set in P1.06.
P1.07When the running frequency decreases to the initial frequency of stop DC braking,
the AC drive stops output for a certain period and then starts DC braking. This prevents
faults such as overcurrent caused due to DC braking at high speed.
P1.08This parameter specifies the holding time of DC braking. If it is set to 0, DC braking
is cancelled.
P1.09 This parameter specifies the output current at DC braking and is a percentage
relative to the base value.
The stop DC braking process is shown in the following figure 6-2.
P1.10 Brake use ratio Setting Range0%100% 100
It is valid only for the AC drive with internal braking unit and used to adjust the duty ratio of
the braking unit. The larger the value of this parameter is, the better the braking result will
be. However, too larger value causes great fluctuation of the AC drive bus voltage during the
braking process.
