If the PID feedback is smaller than the value of P6.26 and the
lasting time exceeds the value of P6.27, the AC drive reports
Err31 and acts according to the selected fault protection action.

0：No PID operation at stop；1：PID operation at stop
It is used to select whether to continue PID operation in the state of stop. Generally, the PID
operation stops when the AC drive stops.
