CLR command: Clear an X.25 Call
The CLR command clears the current call and release the associated virtual channel for further calls.
On completion of call clear, the PAD> prompt is re-displayed. Several other situations can clear a call.
If one of these situations occurs, a message is issued to the PAD in the following format:
CLR <Reason> C: <n> - <t ext >
where:
n <Reason> is a 2/3 character clear down code
n <n> is the numeric equivalent of the clear down code
n <text> is a description of the reason for clear down
The clear down reason codes supported by the router are listed in the following table:
