Enable device health reporting
You can enable the gathering of health metrics information for your device to display on the Digi
Remote Manager Device Health chart. For more information on the Device Health chart and health
status reports, see the Digi Remote Manager User Guide.
You can set how often you want health metrics samples reported to Digi Remote Manager, and which
type of health metrics to report: Ethernet metrics, mobile/cellular metrics, and system metrics.

1. Before enabling health reporting for the router, make sure the router is registered and set to
connect with Digi Remote Manager. For instructions, see Configure Digi Remote Manager.
2. Go to Configuration > Remote Management > Remote Manager > Health Metrics.
3. Set the following values:
Report samples to Remote Manager every n minutes
How often, in minutes, the router reports health metrics to Digi Remote Manager. The default
is 60 minutes.
Enable Ethernet metrics
Enables reporting of Ethernet metrics to Digi Remote Manager.
Sample Ethernet metrics every n minutes
How often, in minutes, the router reports Ethernet health metrics to Digi Remote Manager.
The default is 60 minutes.
Enable Mobile Metrics
Enables reporting of mobile metrics to Digi Remote Manager.
Sample Mobile metrics every n minutes
How often, in minutes, the router reports mobile health metrics to Digi Remote Manager. The
default is 60 minutes.
Enable System Metrics
Enables reporting of system metrics to Digi Remote Manager.
Sample System metrics every n minutes
How often, in minutes, the router reports system health metrics to Digi Remote Manager. The
default is 60 minutes.
4. Click Apply.
