Configure SNMP filters
SNMP filters allow the system administrator to control access to the router MIBs via SNMP. You can
configure up to 10 SNMP filters.

1. Go to Configuration > Remote Management > SNMPFilters.
2. Enter the SNMP filters in the table on this page. This table has three columns, two main
headed columns, described below, and a control column of buttons. You can configure up to 10
SNMP filters, ranging from 0 to 9.
Username
The username of the user to whom the access restriction is applied, as configured in the
Configuration > Security > Users section.
OID Prefix
The Object ID (OID) prefix for the range of objects in the MIB that the user is not allowed to
view. such as 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.
Add
Adds the username and OID prefix into the table.
Delete
Deletes the associated entry in the table.
3. Click Apply.
