8 Setting the safety clutch

The safety clutch disengages in the event of a jam in the hook path,

preventing the hook from becoming misaligned or damaged.

8.1 Engaging the safety clutch

Proper setting

Threaded pins (2) and threaded pins (4) on the two adjusting rings next

to the safety clutch (3) must line up with each other.

WARNING

Risk of injury from moving parts!

Crushing possible.

Switch off the machine before adjusting the

settings of the safety clutch.
