Slowly remove the man ual release valve. Th ere
may be pressure be hind the valve—wear safety
glasses.
Inspect the manua l release valve. Disca rd the O-
rings on the housing.
Remove t he fou r larg e mo tor flange retaining
screws. Remove the motor and discard O-rin g,
screws, and washers.
Remove drive coupler from either the motor or the
pump assembly.
