STERN BRACKET, 90 HP MANUAL TILT
Stern Bracket Assembly
Reverse Lock and Trail Lock Reference
Place port and starboard trail lock sh aft bushings
in the swivel bracket.
Apply blue Nut Lock to screw and assemble port
trail lock le ver on tra il lo ck shaf t wi th screw ,
washer and nylon washer. Install in swivel bracket
from port side. DO NOT tighten screw at this time.
Refer to Reverse Lock and Trail Lock Refer-
ence on p . 268 fo r corre ct orient ation of re verse
lock and trail lock components.
Assemble reve rse lo ck pi vot sh aft, reverse lock
lever rod and bellcrank shaft spacer as shown.
