Registering the Machine in a Mac
Adding the Machine Using USB Connection
The following procedure uses macOS 10.12 as an example.
1.
Turn on the machine.
2.
Connect the USB cable to the machine and your computer.
3.
From the [Apple] menu, open [System Preferences], and then click [Printers & Scanners].
4.
If the machine is displayed in the [Printers] list, registration is complete.
If the machine is not displayed, add the machine following step 5 and the steps that follow.
