Sets the 4-wire RTD Alpha coefficient.
Parameter: <NRf> (0.0~9.999999) | MIN | MAX | DEF
Example: SENS:TEMP:FRTD:ALPH 0.00385

Returns the 4-wire RTD Alpha coefficient.
[SENSe:]TEMPerature:FRTD:BETA
Sets the 4-wire RTD Beta coefficient.
Parameter: <NRf> (0.0~9.999999) | MIN | MAX | DEF
Example: SENS:TEMP:FRTD:BETA 0.00495
[SENSe:]TEMPerature:FRTD:BETA?
Returns the 4-wire RTD Beta coefficient.
[SENSe:]TEMPerature:FRTD:DELTa
Sets the 4-wire RTD Delta coefficient.
