USED CAPACITY and PROTECTION
Each M12 Unit can transmit and receive four DS1 signals. Select the number of
tributaries you are using. See Table 5-2.

This section applies to low and medium capacity radios
only. Refer to page 1-6 for an explanation of
low/medium capacity radios.
In a repeater configuration, the HLM must be placed in either
• THRU TIMED or
• SOURCE timed.
