4-8 Loopback Testing
3DS3/4DS3 Remote Loopback
Customer test equipment is required for this test. This test loops back the signal
from the far end to the near end. See
Figure 4-5 .
You need to access the hidden Control submenu to conduct the DS3 loopback
test for each channel.
From the Keypad, select
CONTROL > hidden menu (F1 + F3 or Ctrl B) > DS3-x REM LPBK
