2.23 I/O Link Interface Cabling
Introduction
The I/O Link Interface is a dual serial communications link between the HPMM(s) and IOP card files. If
there are more than two card files, the cables are daisy-chained. Figure 56 and Figure 57 illustrate typical
I/O Link Interface cable installations. The following table identifies the I/O Link Interface connectors on
the 7-Slot, 15-Slot, and IOP Only card file backpanels.
