HPMM Soft Failure Displays
Target selection
Selection of the SOFT FAILURE target on the HPMM Detail Status display provides access to three
displays that show the Soft failures that can exist in the HPMM. Selecting the SOFT FAILURE target
produces the HPMM Soft Failure display shown in the following figure.

Three targets
Each display consists of three targets, 00-39, 40-79, and 80-95, at the top of the display, and a table of
Soft failures below the targets. The Soft failures are displayed in two columns. All possible Soft failures
are displayed in half intensity text. The failures that currently exist in the HPMM are highlighted by
being shown in reverse video. The operator can step freely through the three displays by selection of the
targets at the top of the display.
4-second update
The data is updated every 4 seconds.
