UCN CABLE STATUS targets
The following table defines the functions of the UCN CABLE STATUS targets.
Table 29 UCN CABLE STATUS Target Selected
Target
Function
TEST/SEL CABLE A
Initiates a Backup Cable Test sequence for UCN cable A. If
no faults are detected, UCN cable A is activated for all UCN
devices. The command is executed by selecting the ENTER
target.
TEST/SEL CABLE B
Initiates a Backup Cable Test sequence for UCN cable B. If
no faults are detected, UCN cable B is activated for all UCN
devices. The command is executed by selecting the ENTER
target.
ENABLE SWAP
Enables periodic swapping of the UCN cables. The
command is executed by selecting the ENTER target.
DISABLE SWAP
Disables periodic swapping of the UCN cables. The
command is executed by selecting the ENTER target.
ALL NODES
Enables all UCN nodes to be affected by the cable function.
CANCEL
Clears the BACKUP CABLE TST, TEST/SEL CABLE A,
TEST/SEL CABLE B, ENABLE SWAP, DISABLE SWAP,
UCN COMM STATUS, ALL NODES, and ENTER command
targets from the display.
ENTER
The ENTER target must be selected for the chosen UCN
CABLE STATUS function to be executed.
