You must supply a grounding cable. Table 45 on page 260 summarizes the specifications
for the grounding cable and lug.
In addition, GR1089-CORE requires the following:
The grounding conductor must be copper.
Bare conductors shall be coated with an antioxidant before crimp connections are
made.
Plated areas that are electrically connected to the grounding conductor shall be cleaned
and free of contaminants before the connection is made.
