Error 304 Emergency; Over range current status detected; Channel n
Over range current status was detected in channel n. All channel output is changed
to 0 V and the all output switch is opened. Execute the *TST? command.
Error 305 Emergency; High temperature1 status detected; Channel n
High temperature 1 status was detected in channel n. All channel output is changed
to 0 V and the all output switch is opened. Execute the *TST? command.
Error 306 Emergency; High temperature2 status detected; Channel n
High temperature 2 status was detected in channel n. All channel output is changed
to 0 V and the all output switch is opened. Execute the *TST? command.
