Radiated Filter Board Heartbeat
This LED should start blinking just a few seconds after the instrument power is
turned on. If it does not come on at all there is either a problem with an
instrument power supply voltage or the FPGA chip on the A22 Radiated Filter
assembly is not getting programmed properly. To verify the instrument power
supply voltages see Chapter 12, “Power Supply & Midplane”. If the instrument
power supply voltages are all correct try reload the FPGA code. See FPGA
