Overview
This test will verify the response of the EMI Average and RMS Average
detectors of the EMI receiver according to CISPR 16-1-1 :2010 standard to
intermittent, unsteady, and drifting narrowband disturbances. This includes
testing for the following subsections:

7.5.4 Response to intermittent, unsteady, and drifting narrowband
disturbances
