A16 Reference Assembly Troubleshooting
4.8 GHz Calibrator
1. Disconnect Cable W43 from J701 as shown in Figure 9-3.
2. Turn the 4.8 GHz Calibrator signal on by pressing Input/Output, RF
Calibrator, 4.8 GHz on the instrument.
3. Verify with a spectrum analyzer that the frequency and amplitude of the
4.8 GHz Calibrator signal at J701 is equal to that specified for it in Table
9-3, as shown in Figure 9-9.
