8.29. G95 - Feed Per Revolution
This command is used set the current feed rate mode to Feed Per Revolution Mode. When in this mode the
feedrate F value is calculated using the current spindle RPM set by user.

The above program sets the feedrate mode to Feed Per Revolution Mode.
