Exit FmNT.
Open Front Hatch and move
Dispensing Head to middle of
the dispensing chamber.
Locate the power LEDs on
the XY Servo Interface PCA.
Open FmNT by clicking on
the FmNT icon.
Does FmNT
message “30753
The motor failed to
close” appear when
initializing?
Go to XY Servo Amplifiers
Fault Isolation Procedure
Is the red SRVO_PWR
LOW LED illuminated?
Go to Interlock Fault
Isolation Procedure
Press the green ON (I) button
on the Operator’s Console.
Verify the Power Manager
Main Circuit Breaker is in
the ON (I) position.

The dispenser PMAC
device initialization has
failed” the first
message?
Go to PMAC Watchdog

Dispenser motor reference
not found. Select OK to home
the dispenser” should appear
during initialization process.
Home Dispensing Head by
clicking the OK button in
bottom of Message Box, or
pressing [Enter] on Keyboard.
Watch Dispensing Head
home. It should move upward
in Z-axis, then simultaneously
in X/Y-axes to Home position
Does Dispensing
Head complete the
homing process with
no FmNT error
messages?
From the FmNT Main Menu,
click on the Jog icon.

continue and reinitialize
motion controller”

Stop! No PMAC fault. If it
reoccurs, contact Asymtek
