01) has failed.
Are all the LEDs
illuminated?
Go to Main Power Fault
Isolation Procedure
Yes No
Locate and observe the yellow
and green LED on the PMAC
card slot.
Open the Computer Door.
Are the yellow and
green LEDs
illuminated?
Verify PMAC Card and Cables
are connected securely.
Verify fault and Go to
Troubleshooting the Servo
Controller
Is the red LED
between the yellow
and green LEDs
illuminated?
Press black OFF (0) button on
Operator’s Console.
Exit FmNT.
Shut down Computer through
Windows NT.
When the Windows NT is ready
for the Computer power to be
turned off, switch the Main Circuit
Breaker to OFF (0).
Yes
Wait for a minimum of 30
seconds to power up the
dispensing system.
Switch the Main Circuit Breaker
to the ON (I) position.
With the Computer powered up,
observe LEDs on PMAC Card.
Is the red LED
illuminated?
Locate the Computer Passive
Backplane on the right inside wall
of the Computer. Locate four red
LEDs labeled -5V, +5V, -12V,
and +12V.
No

Stop! PMAC Watchdog is
root cause of fault.
