8-3-3 Connection Example
NX-series Safety CPU Units use the Safety Output Unit's processing time and the slave control period
to calculate the safety reaction time and the safety task period respectively. Refer to the NX-series
Safety Control Unit User’s Manual (Cat. No. Z930) for details.
For 1S-series Servo Drives, use the following values:
Safety Input Unit's processing time: 4 ms
Slave control period: 3 ms
Slave Control Period
