Power Off Power is not present. 1. If all LEDs on the system are off,
apply power or troubleshoot the -48 V
power source.2. If all LEDs on the
Output Driver card are off, replace the
card.
Green Power is Present. None Required.
Fuse Off The Output Driver card fuse is
not open.
None Required.
Red The Output Driver card fuse is
open.
1. Remove the module and replace
the 1 amp GMP fuse (F1). 2. If the
replacement fuse fails, replace the
card.
Alarm Off There is no alarm condition. None Required.
Red An alarm condition exists. If the Fail LED is also lit, replace the
card. If not, check the alarm
messages to determine the cause of
the failure. Refer to the TL1
Reference Guide for details on error
messages. Reasons the Alarm LED
could be lit:1.
Fail Off No hardware or firmware
failure has occurred on the
Output Driver card.
None Required.
Red A hardware or firmware
failure has occurred on the
Output Driver card.
The Fail LED could be lit for the
following reasons:1.
Port On
Ch 1– 4
Off Port is disabled. Enable port if output is needed.
Green Port is enabled. None Required.
