(e.g.pistonpumporwheelmotor),lteringthetractioncircuitis

1.Parkmachineonalevelsurface,lowercuttingdecksfully,disengagePTO
andstopengine.Removekeyfromthekeyswitch.
WARNING
Beforedisconnectingorperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system,allpressureinthesystemmustberelieved.SeeRelieving
HydraulicSystemPressure(page5–3).
IMPORTANT
Makesuretocleanaroundanyhydraulicconnectionsthatwillbe
disconnectedfordraining.
2.Removedrainplugfromthehydraulicreservoiranddrainreservoirinto
asuitablecontainer.
3.Removesuctionscreenfromreservoirandcleanthoroughly.
4.Drainhydraulicsystem.Drainallhoses,tubesandcomponentswhilethe
systemiswarm.
5.Changeandreplacebothhydraulicoillters.
IMPORTANT
Followalllocalcodesandregulationswhenrecyclingordisposing
hydraulicuidandlters.
6.Inspectandcleanhydraulicreservoir(seeHydraulicReservoir(page5–83)).
7.Connectallhydraulichoses,linesandcomponentsthatweredisconnected
whiledrainingsystem.
IMPORTANT
Whenllinghydraulicreservoir,useonlyhydraulicuidsspecied
inOperator’sManual.Otheruidscouldcausesystemdamage.
