siliconesealantsareusuallyroomtemperaturevulcanizing(RTV)which

formaexiblesiliconerubberthatbondstoawidevarietyofsmoothor

porousmaterialswhencured.Standardsiliconesealantsaredesignedto

performintemperaturesfrom-51to232ºC(-60to400ºF),whilehigh

temperaturevariantscanpreformintemperaturesupto343ºC(650ºF).
