13.TheA/Cdrier−receivercomponentisusedtocollectmoisturethatwillreduce
airconditioningperformance.Iftheairconditioningsystemisopenedfor
componentrepairorreplacement,makesurethatthedrier−receiverportsare
pluggedtopreventdamagetothedrier−receiver.Ifeitherthecompressor
orA/Cexpansionvalveisreplaced,replacementofthedrier−receiveris
alsorecommended.
14.Afterinstallingairconditioningcomponents,haveacertiedairconditioning
servicetechnicianevacuatetheairconditioningsystemcompletely,properly
rechargethesystemwithR134arefrigerantandthenleaktestthesystem.
