Removekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Toaccessmixingboxassembly,removeroofpanelfromtopofcab(see
RoofAssembly(page9–9)).
3.Removecoverfrommixingboxassembly:
A.Carefullyuseasmallpry−bartoraiseheadofpinincenterofeachrivet
thatsecuresmixingboxcover.
B.Liftrivetsfromcoverandmixingbox.
C.Removemixingboxcover.
Note:Ifheatercore,ACevaporatorcoreorblowerfanneedtoberemoved
frommixingbox,theboxdoesnothavetoberemovedfromthecab
headliner.SeeHeaterandA/CEvaporatorCores(page9–23)orBlowerFan
(page9–26)forinformationonremovingandinstallingthesecomponents.
4.Disconnectelectricalconnectorsfrommixingboxwireharnessandbinary
switchondrier−receiver.
